In addition, they contain BCAA (L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine) and creatine in the form of monohydrate, pyruvate and citrate.
Creatine increases physical performance during high-speed strength training as part of short-term intense physical activity.
The complex is also supplemented with vitamins and minerals. Vitamins B2, C, E and the mineral zinc help protect cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin B6, biotin, niacin and pantothenic acid contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism.

Folic acid, vitamin C, vitamin B6 and B12 also serve to support the normal function of our immune system.
Recommended dosage of Best Body Post Load:
- A maximum of 2 servings per day is recommended. Mix 45g (2x40ml scoops) ideally immediately after training. On non-training days, it can be used as a snack.
